While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, BookKei does not guarantee that any content, description, schedule, price, availability, or other information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the relevant business, professional, or service provider before making decisions or taking action based on information obtained through the Platform.

2. No Professional Advice

The Platform may be used by professionals in various industries (including, but not limited to, health, wellness, beauty, consulting, coaching, and technical services). However, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

BookKei does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

3. Platform Role & Third-Party Services

BookKei is a technology platform that facilitates online scheduling, bookings, and communication between businesses or professionals (“Business Owners” or “Merchants”) and their clients or customers (“Clients”).

BookKei is not a party to the contract between a Business Owner and a Client.
BookKei does not control the quality, safety, legality, timing, or suitability of any services provided by Business Owners.
BookKei does not guarantee that a Business Owner will honor an appointment, provide a service, or satisfy your expectations.

Any services you receive after booking through BookKei are solely the responsibility of the Business Owner. Disputes about the performance of services, quality, or results must be resolved directly between the Business Owner and the Client, subject to any applicable laws and refund/cancellation policies.

4. External Calendars, Integrations & Third-Party Tools

The Platform may offer integrations with external services such as Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, payment gateways, SMS providers, mapping tools, and others (collectively, “Third-Party Services”).

Third-Party Services are operated by independent entities and are not controlled by BookKei.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or performance of any Third-Party Service.
Any connection or synchronization of your data (such as calendar events, contacts, or messages) with Third-Party Services is at your own risk.

BookKei is not responsible for data loss, scheduling conflicts, overbookings, duplicate events, failed reminders, or any other issues arising from the use of Third-Party Services or from changes made directly in those external systems.

Google Calendar, Google, Outlook, Microsoft, Stripe, PayPal, and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with those companies.

5. No Warranty of Availability or Error-Free Operation

Although we strive to maintain a reliable and secure Platform, BookKei is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or defects;
Any particular feature, integration, or function will always be available or operate in a specific way;
Data (including bookings, notes, and calendar entries) will never be lost, corrupted, or inaccessible.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, backups, and security measures to protect your own systems, devices, and data.

6. Health, Safety & Emergency Situations

Some services booked through the Platform may relate to health, wellness, or other sensitive personal matters. BookKei does not monitor or assess the professional qualifications of Business Owners and does not guarantee that any particular provider or service is appropriate for your needs.

The Platform is not intended for use in medical emergencies or situations where immediate professional help is required.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or any life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the Platform, messages, or appointments scheduled through BookKei.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BookKei, JKZ NETWORK, and their owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
Personal injury or property damage arising out of or related to services provided by Business Owners;
Delays, cancellations, double-bookings, missed appointments, or scheduling errors;
Issues arising from Third-Party Services, external calendars, or payment processors.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total cumulative liability for all claims related to the Platform shall in no event exceed the amount you paid to BookKei (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of information you provide to the Platform;
Any bookings, cancellations, or changes you initiate;
Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookKei, JKZ NETWORK, and their owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Platform;
Your violation of this Disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions, or any applicable law;
Any dispute between you and a Business Owner or Client.

9. Local Laws & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws or other non-waivable legal provisions in your country, state, or region. If any part of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law while preserving the original intent as much as possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

We may update or modify this Legal Disclaimer from time to time, for example when we introduce new features or when laws change.
